Homemade Apple Chips
Ingredients:
Apples
Cinnamon powder
Preparation method
This is a very easy recipe for a healthy snack that is ready to eat at any time. Just cut some
apples into thin slices, arrange them on a tray (don’t overlap the slices) and sprinkle them with
cinnamon to taste. Place the tray in the oven at a low temperature. Keep turning the slices so
they crisp all over and remove excess moisture with a paper towel. The temperature must be
kept low enough so as to crisp the apple but not bake it, otherwise it would become too soft.
After removing the slices from the oven, just let them dry for about half an hour. After that,
the apple slices will be perfect and ready to eat, and if kept in an airtight container can last up
to one week.
